The Directors of New Concept Services are ‘hands on’ experienced catering engineers with an accumulated service history of over 40 years. We fully understand that you purchased a particular piece of catering equipment to carry out an essential task in the preparation of consumable food not so that it could take up valuable space in your kitchen whilst waiting for a repair to be carried out. In short, if it doesn’t work, it needs fixing fast. Our technical skills give us the ability to repair most faults rather than replace the unit. Too often equipment is replaced rather than repaired only because the knowledge or expertise to repair it is not present. We have that knowledge and expertise so you do not have to replace that expensive equipment. With New Concept Services, you have the assurance of our Gas Safe Register membership. To obtain this accreditation our engineers have to be fully trained and qualified in all aspects of gas work regarding catering equipment installation, repair and servicing. They carry out work on all commercial catering equipment whether it is fuelled by natural gas, LPG or electricity. Our work is not limited to static kitchens in hotels and restaurants but also extends to mobile catering units and bottled and tanked LPG installations.
