Italian Restaurants in Glasgow

Last week I popped into Massimo Italian Restaurant in the city centre for a chat with them about our services. After an espresso and a good meeting, literally 4 hours later we got a phone call from them; kitchen emergency !



Lo and behold a piece of equipment went down. So out when our engineer, Andy, and fixed it before the evening dining rush.

But the real question is; who makes the best Italian espresso in Glasgow ?

Lorne Hotel Kitchen No2 installation

We are currently working on a new installation of kitchen number 2 equipment at the Lorne Hotel.  We have installed a Garland 6 burner and salamander grill, Fagor combis and Classeq dishwasher along with all the plumbing and sinks.  Below is an image of 6 burner and an example of the type of equipment that we work on.
